What Visitors Had To Say...

We could not have been more happy with our accommodations in NYC the week before Labor Day. The very conveniently located apartment was perfect for out anniversary trip into the city.

For the money, you cannot get this much space and you save on all the taxes of staying in the hotel. All of the doormen were friendly and there was no hassle to obtain the key or to check out when we left.

The best thing about this place is that it is super quiet. I never even heard an ambulance one time. And the building location allows you to sleep late without the sunshine peeking through the window. We felt like real New Yorkers staying here.

The only negative I could find is that the bathroom could use an upgrade and it would be 5 plus stars.

This amazing apartment is big by Manhattan standards! It comes with everything listed by the owner. So much better than a cramped hotel room for the same price or more!

It is in a great location. The apartment is on the back side of the building, and does not get a lot of daylight, but you should be out enjoying the city anyway! But because it faces the back and not the street, it is quiet. We slept great! We'll be back!

My husband and I just spent 5 days here and it was fabulously quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The apt is very convenient to great shopping, restaurants, etc.

We were blown away with the clean spacious apartment and also with the attention to detail provided by the owner. A book is provided when you walk in the door with all the great New York info you need from restaurants that deliver to the best shopping district.

Nearby "Fresh Market" style grocer and a wonderful wine shop all within one block and a Starbucks on the nearby corner.

Very comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment with security at the door. We can't wait to return.

As previously reviewers have noted, this condo is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, centrally located (easy walking distance to two subway lines), and comes with a well-equipped kitchen. There is an excellent grocery store right across the street. Our only tiny complaint is that the condo is very dark with little natural light. We didn't consider this to be a significant drawback as we were out all day every day sightseeing and experiencing New York's many attractions. It was lovely to return home to this comfy abode after our very full days. The owner is pleasant to deal with and I highly recommend this condo.
